Everyone hates scalpers

You’re telling this to a bunch of people who will gladly blow $800 for a metal rack just to hold a $1500 nylon tent, sooo....

On the flip side, I may have found a more cost effective ultrasonic knife solution!

There’s nothing in the BST rules that I have seen regarding it, either.

People have done this with SCS, MESO, hell, even the TRD 40% off sale now. If someone wants something bad enough, they’ll pay for it.

Y’all should check out secondary craft beer market sales if you really want to be upset.

 

Obviously I don’t condone scalpers buying my product only to flip it and profit off of their members. Can I control it? Not really. That’s what the mods are for.
I have though about limiting 1 per customer, but there have been instances(confirmed) where guys will buy an extra for their buddy because of their work schedule/no computer access. So I’m on the fence about that one.
I guess we just have to keep faith in humanity and call out obviously flippers as you see them.
In the meantime I have some more total tail light kits to make, so back on topic!

What's amusing is that, predominately; the loudest voices that rail against the community backlash to scalpers, flippers, etc... are typically in the group that would/want to capitalize on a limited resource.

MESO makes an outstanding line of products and obviously places a lot of consideration to the quality of the finished good. That attention to detail and his limitations of production will naturally create demand.

That said, even if he doesn't personally have an issue with people flipping his products; TW Mods and ownership are the final voice of what is/is not allowed as ethical sales practice through this site.

 

It’s an uneven rule, and it’s not in the BST rules. I was waking up at 4am Hawaii local time to get V4 signals because of people buying them and reselling at a higher price.

 

Don't care if it's not in the BST rules, it's a dick move and I'm glad that MTgirl used her discretion as a moderator and banhammered the dirt bags.

 

Then the rules need to be adjusted. Otherwise, it’s uneven. One of the guys who posted lights for upcharge is still posting.

 

meh to me it should be if you don't like the price move on. No comments should be allowed in a persons for sale add in the for sale section.

Something that may go over looked is pay attention to how red the brake lights look now. It’s a deeper shade of red, much better in my opinion.

 

Correct. This is due to using RED leds instead of the factory halogens which are white.(yellow actually lol)
