    Some people over here like using old drywasher piles as target shooting backstops, and old prospects as dumpsites. :annoyed:

    I have to say though, that Will cleans up after himself when detecting, he’s one of the good guys.

    There may be an upside to finding trash in gold bearing areas. Older trash suggests that the area hasn't been detected out and perhaps some gold remains. It is arguable, but I like to hope for the best.

    i try not to destroy the area...i hate seeing tons of trash but cant get it all. Old prospector trash doesnt bother me as much as mcdonalds bags or gatorade bottles out in the middle of nowhere...

    I want a back to the future metal detector! If I could only combine a Delorean with the GPZ!

    I would have to carry extra flux capacitors with me I'm sure.

    I just started logging a very intense looking area and need a good pi box for my after work activities.
