No problem, always love to see builds come together and meet new people. Now we just need to take it out and use it. Gently I mean, its way to nice to beat on.

Just out of curiosity, what's your price on the wheels?

I would start talking at $600 for the wheels.

Thanks, I'll keep it in mind. I have no real need for them yet but I've always had a set of winter tires on my cars and I love how good traction can be with a dedicated winter set.

No problem. Any interest in the tires at all? I would be willing to negotiate on the full set.

I spotted a white 1st gen taco with fender flares and mid or long travel set up in Belleville yesterday around 6pm. Is the owner on this forum?

So I have a Spruce Mica DCLB with an ARB bumper on the front and I'm trying to figure out what color winch thimble to get. I thought I wanted a red one but now that I see the fairlead on the bumper I'm thinking silver. Any suggestions?

Silver.... Spruce Mica doesn't match anything very well so your best bet is a black, silver or white of some sort.

Man, I was there on the 6th and 9th of July. Only other Toyotas I saw were a pair of FJs. Such a fun time

Thanks. I went with the silver Factor 55 Flat Link. This truck is not good for my wallet.

Yeah mine has been fairly expensive. I've been eliminating a lot of the chrome but I've left the beadlock rings, emblems and headlights looking fairly shiny and so far I really like the overall look.

The only colors I've ever seen go with this are metallics like silver, bronze, gold or just plain black.

Unfortunately there usually aren't that many out there. More and more every year though.

Had a buddies 4runner we had on its inaugural trip. Did really well considering it's my old front end with coils and fox's in the rear.

    Hey Michigan dudes,

I have a growing list of suspension parts on my want-list. I'd like to do a mild front and rear lift among other things.

One thing I have noticed is that the vast majority of sponsors and accessory dealers on this website are way out West. This of course means 'way out' shipping charges. Is there a secret store or on-line dealer that is closer to home for me? What are the preferred places to shop for our trucks here in Michigan?

Any info would be appreciated. Bonus points for West Michigan options.

    Thank you

I doubt it, I usually have to rely on shipping everything from far away lands

What parts particularly are you looking for? You can find some parts on Summit Racing or depending where you are located you can go to Lane Automtive in Watervliet.
Still very limited on what you can find on this side of the country. Most of my parts come from out west.
