Prepping some TC cam gussets for install, I'm a Total Chaos vendor of anybody is looking for TC parts. I've also had a lot of intereste lately in the non-swaybar TC spindle gussets, so I ordered up a few sets. I should have a set welded up and ready for a new home by this weekend

Installed pictures of the bed rack I built last Friday. Rack included hi-lift mounts, custom cut tie down gussets, lighting tabs, and some gussets that will allow expansion (like rotopax mounts or maxtracs) in the future.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

@Bravisimo @SixthSnail they reinforce the alignment tab on the lower arm. Rough offroading can really bang up the stock one. He shows pictures of before/after.

If you lay down under the truck and look at the bolt that holds the lower arm in place you'll see the area he's welded to. That large flared "washer" looking piece.

I wish I had more to take pictures of. I worked 70 hours at my day job this week and had 5 trucks at the shop in the last 7 days, between work and fab work I leave for work at 5am and get home from the shop at 11pm. The bumper is for my truck (atleast till I get my fiberglass fenders) so I'd love to get it finished but everyone's else's stuff comes first. I've got two piles of parts that need to get installed on my truck (one at the shop and one at my house) but I'd have to take over a month off from other people's builds to get it all installed. Sooner of later I'll get to finishing it, but right now my priority is to keep my lead times down and product quality high. As soon as I get more done I'll definitely post up pics.

. The are used to hold the alignment cams for the lower control arms, I think they are a must for any arms that are t gonna be solid mounted on a truck that will see the dirt. They hold the alignment 1000x's better the factory ones and won't fold over on you if you hit a hard edge.

I've tried, it's hard to find someone who enjoys the work and is a craftsman. In the past when I was building bagged trucks I had someone who would head to the shop while I was at work and cut frame rails or brackets off of trucks I was building and prep materials for me, but I haven't found anyone who could bend tube, fit parts, or weld things with the consistency and attention to detail that I try to hold myself too. I truly enjoy doing the work, it definitely isn't for the money, lol. That's what the day jobs for. This is just to keep my skills up and stay productive

It's a shame you're as far as you are 'cause I'd be on that opportunity like an asian hooker on a $20.

Cool, thanks @digitaLbraVo! Never really noticed. But if I do the occasional off road, nothing heavy or rough, is it something I should consider?
