Would love to have this in mandrel bent stainless but I'm on the wrong coast D: I've had nothing but problems with local exhaust shops around here.

Honestly after the cost of 304 stainless tubing, custom stainless flanges, argon used during back purging, and time spent tig welding it all, it's just not worth the cost when companies like Urd already offer similar product at a reasonable price point

Finally found some time to start welding some links together, install the new afe headers, dyno matted and reconfigured my subwoofer setup and work on my front bumper(now all I need to do is mount the winch and lights) too bad it'll have to go up for sale once I start installing my fiberglass fenders

Front bumper 2" dom main tube everything else is 1.75 and 1.5" Dom

Stoked you got time to work on your own rig. Its coming along sick. Good choice with the JL

Im guessing the High Flow Cats have a lower back pressure?

And did you have to replace the 02 sensors?

    I 2nd this

Sorry brother, no way I could ship something like this to Hawaii.

I didn't have cats at all before. Once I started upping the boost I pulled the cats. Gotta a crazy deal on the headers and it included hi temp coating and two new o2 sensors.

All the credit for the links goes to Andrew at trac. He designed and cut them for me. I'm just welding them together. Once they are completely welded I'll post pics.

The weight of the battery out there on the front corner causes a couple of problems. It squashes the front core support wall bushing and leads to the core support wall itself wrinkling and tearing.

So I don't destroy my core support. Just like I recommended for you to do. Putting a giant battery on your core support and then romping your truck is never a good idea

Also trying to offset the weight of my gas tank a little. Coming from a road racing background I plan on corner balancing my truck once the links going in. Definitely overkill, but why not
