I wouldn’t of been so upset if the back had a seat, but riding 20 miles sitting on just the seatpost is uncomfortable to say the least. I can’t even hear a bike rolling without getting anxiety now, thanks to you

Back in the shop after a weekend of wheeling and fishing in the sierras. I’ll be getting around to returning all this weekends messages today.

Knocked out a cam tab gusset install and a gusseted a set of new spindles last night

 

Wrapped up the basic version of my rear tube bumper last night, it’s designed to shave weight, protect from incidental contact, and allow the fenders to be trimmed to allow for better approach angles.

Waiting for a delivery of tubing and plate and I’ll be getting started on an HD version of the same bumper with a tow hitch as well as wrapping up a production rear shock hoop.

 

what happened to the zip ties !?

Saturdays work. Icon stage 9 install on a 3rd gen. Leaf springs were missing a few parts so we had to hold off on installing them.

Super busy last few weeks. I’ll save you guys from the usual cmc and suspension photos.


Here’s @Mike likes Tacos transfer case skid. He bent the mounting points on it. So we straightened everything out, welded new legs on it, added some gussets, and rerouted his exhaust so we could cut the low hanging exhaust jump off the skid.










Built a rear bumper for Sheldon’s truck which also happens to sport a front bumper we made a year or two ago

Set up some limit straps on a Dirt King Lt kit





Been making it a point to schedule an appointment with myself every week for my own build for the last month or so. Last week was a 70mm throttle body install and port matching the blower intake to the new larger TB




This weeks appointment was to install a Ratiotek shift kit, and do a transmission service to help firm up my shifts under boost.

 

By any chance do you still have those rigid 10 in bars laying around ?
