Spent yesterday and today building a set of non kickout weld on sliders for a TW member. As well as doing a custom cab mount chop.

The sliders were built from 1.75" dom and designed to tuck up as hight as possible as well as stay tight to the rocker panels.

The cab mount chop was preformed to the customers desired specifications. No kit was used all filler plates were made in house

Thanks to TW for moving my thread back to the b/s/t. And thanks for the compliments. I take pride in the stuff I build and feel like persons welds show more about the time spent fitting each individual piece than quality of the welds

Here's a pic a customer sent me of some rock sliders I built for them

Started on a bumper for my own truck yesterday. Looking forward to mounting a set of iggys lights to it

Also doing a set of rock sliders and two sets of two piece cab mount chops this week. They gain a good deal more clearance than the standard chop. And I still have a bed rack in my jig. Thanks for the support

Spent the weekend in San Diego for a bachelor party, so I was unable to respond to any of your guys pm's/texts. Getting caught up right now

I was able to build an aluminum filler panel and mount my @IGGY 9" led lights (lights actually have metal brackets supporting them underneath the aluminum). I Still need to adjust the filler panel and hopefully water jet will be back up and running this week so I can get my skid plate finished

Very nice work! Any chance you can get a scale weight on the tube bumper? Are you interested in doing any aluminum work?

I just got to water jetting the skid plate and installing it yesterday. I will get a weight this week when I remove it for paint.

I have no problems taking on aluminum projects

Hey Jason, solid looking work. I see you're fairly close to me and I'm interested in some sliders..I have a different idea I'm thinking about..maybe we could possibly get together and maybe you could draw something up based on ideas I give you? Let me know what works best for you. Thanks!

Would you be willing to build an aluminum skid plate that would extend up and out to cover the gap between my current bumper you made and the stock plate? That gap that exposes the radiators...

@Anelson24 I'll shoot you a pm tonight, imI'm definitely interested in your project

@TheFang we can definitely do that.

I was waiting to paint it to snap a picture, but this bumper has a skid plate that wraps around the bottom, but I only prefer to do that when I have the truck to work off of as their are too many variables when it comes to getting an exact fit

Bump. Lots of work going down tomorrow. Installing a winch for one TW member, wiring up some lights for another, doing a cab mount chop for a third, and meeting up with a forth to discuss a off road trailer

    Looking good @TheFang

Spent the early part of today wrapping up and installing a set of bolt on sliders as well as doing a cab mount chop on a fellow TW members access cab. We were in a bit of a time crunch do these few crappy pictures are all I was able to get

100% bolt on sliders using all original holes. No drilling required
    20150830_142257_zpsbrclo4zb_e7e46df6a06619a476d9fac0946f0a2ddfa999f5.jpg

And the cab mount chop. Plated both the front and side of the mount

What are your thoughts on doing a simple rear tube bumper, looking for something simple that wraps around to underneath the tailight and so that I can run a valence on the back as well, running no bumper currently and just want to clean up the looks.
