Oh so control arms first, not "fabtech" then do the rear icons? Then do the front coil over?? (Icons as well) The fox are on back order and kind of expensive some of the other guys on here are running icons and seem to love them. Also we thinking they are a bit cheaper the fox? So Three separate projects in that order? Because if possible that is smart and might be a better way for me and my budget. As far as who I have been in contact with to do this work I am just replacing my rear with a better shock no resivoirs and the front cool over because all I am after is 100% better ride on the streets and when off roading a decent ride as well. In theory to make a seamless transition from on road to off road and vias versa. I am not looking to get air nor rip ass while out on the dirt

The best ride on the street is the factory suspension. They spend a lot of time and money R&D'ing the shock valving, spring rate, etc. just for that, since for the vast majority of their customers that is all they care about or will use the truck for. Mid-travel and Long travel are purposeful mods done with the aim at gaining at an offroad benefit in exchange for a less street friendly demeanor.

The heims on after market UCAs are not a maintenance free part and are an expected wear & replace item.

I'm not trying to be a downer; I just want to provide you a voice of experience and realistic expectations based on the intended use you are describing.

Damn what do I do!? My factory just wore out and I screwed up putting on some damn pro comps and my ride is complete crap. It's hard on small stuff and feel that is should even be taken on a novice trail with those damn shocks

Go mid travel just understand the nature of the beast.

You could also pick up factory suspension parts for cheap here.

Or go with a set up like old man emu suspension if you want to keep the lift and save a little money.

ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
If your stock parts are not trashed keep an eye on the buy and sell thread here and also check desert rangers too.

Where are you located? Might have so members close who can help you out when you decide to do the install. I've gotten lucky and had some help at mod days.

All pro is offering a group by now that looks to be heading to the 20% off mark here soon for upper control arms. Think they would be about $520 with free shipping
