Thanks for all of the help guys. I called him again and politely asked for him to make contact with me. As it is now I will be contacting my bank and local PD to discuss my options further. I'm fine waiting till Wednesday to give him a week, but I don't want to miss any window of time to act. Hopefully I can get this resolved, but I do appreciate the help many of you have offered.

 

Your bank should be able to reverse the charge

 

I hope it's that easy, but I doubt it. Regardless I'll check.

 

Ive had the bank reverse shit before pretty easy did it online in 5 minutes and took 2-3 days. Wost case they contct his bank then get in contact with him and if he doesnt respond then your money comes back for him never responding. Whos your bank?
