How would he get away with it though lol. He gave away his bank information, facebook, cell phone, pictures of his truck and his name.

I can't see that working more than once until the cops come and take you away

I don't agree with this. He needs to be punished. I may be giving him more credit than he deserves, but if he gets away with this, he will learn from it. He will continue doing it until he gets caught, which will be harder to do each time.

This, but I think the red coats here could check new suspicious members IP against the crooks?

I think community service is punishment enough. Picking up trash on the highway under the sun for 50 hours seems pretty shitty to me. At least that way he gives something back to the community instead of throwing another person into prison when they are already over crowded and costs a ton to keep him locked up.

I agree with no prison time. Maybe a week in jail to see what that's like and a ton of community service.
If I were a judge I would hand out max community service time all the time.

I've had four glasses of bourbon so won't comment.

    Except I like that post.

Except that look I got of his Facebook page, personally, makes me think he's a bit of a psychopath. Just my personal opinion.

Except that I feel like I was am idiot when I was young.

I think back in the day of law making then $1000 was significant. Today it's maybe 17 tanks of gas. Not nothing. But not the end of the world.

    Grand this. Grand that.

The story behind the person is what matters. It's what's in his heart. Is he a psychopath or an idiot. It makes all the difference in the world.

Called the police department but they weren't there so I left a message and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Will call again tomorrow to try and get that ball rolling. I really think my bank will come through, but who knows. They could deem it as out of their hands. Would suck, but they don't have any responsibility in this.

Sure glad you didn't comment. If you would have I would of completely disagreed with it entirely. Especially the part where you belittled $1000.00 in today's, especially today's world.
I would assume OP works hard for his family including children yet, you seem to disregard the fact that many save months for that while busting their ass.
And wtf story are you talking about? It's what in who's heart? that matters?
The scumbag could be breastfeeding homeless puppies for all I care, he's a scumbag.
Clearly had you ended up posting I would of responded something like that.

No no no. Not defending a psychopath, if that's what he is. Hang on for a moment, got to pour another.

So your saying you would rather toss him in prison and have tax payers pay for him to go through the revolving door of prison instead of giving him an opportunity to change his life around?

Once you get a criminal record your basically fucked. Good luck getting a job with a criminal record.
