I'm not sure on his financial institutions policy, but.....if its a wire, the deed is done. If he purchased with his visa or debit card, then Visa would back him up.

Haha, I am trying to be cordial with this guy, and haven't done anything but ask two members to call (nicely). I can't control the rest of you animals, but I want to maintain a professional manner regarding this transaction, so sorry if I won't reveal an information to everyone.
