Damn man! 18+? What tires are you running, I know mine are heavy as hell, I can barely lift them, but damn. I can't get much over 17 on the highway.

    our tanks are 21.1 gallons. if you take 21 x 16 =336

Remember when the light comes on, we estimte 4 gallons remaining in the tank.

Just fill up at 300 and you'll be safe...

Hey Krookz...Aren't you Jdrew as well? i thought we talked on the phone about my kenwood setting for back up camera. Is that you?

Just to feel better about my crappy mileage, I add 4% to the miles driven to allow for the difference between 265/70R16 to 265/75R16.

I am debating about dumping my KM2s for some lighter A/Ts to improve my mileage.

91 Octane, Prerunner, and 265-75 BFG AT's, I get about 19-21 mpg. I got this number by using the amount of miles driven divided by the amount of fuel put in your truck.

Also, I only drive on the highway, which is generally flat, and it's on cruise control at 70.

See my log at Fuelly, I get between 21.5 and 22.5 mpg. Most of that is due to my driving style and the area I live in and drive through... suburban roads at 35-45mph most of the way to work and relatively few hills. I voted for 375-400+ per tank.

not to many, love it the way it is
I've gotten 24 mpg in my v6 09 on a road trip so with the 21 gallon tank it could have been 500 miles before filling up, though the fuel pump is in the gas tank and it stays cool from the liquid so it is not a good idea to let the fuel get to low because the pump will burn out prematurely. I usually fill up before the light ever cuts on

If I drive normally and let the tank go down I can get 370~390. BUT, I don't like to empty the tank. I try to fill up after the 3/4 mark is hit. (280~315 miles)

Is this a good place to have a fuel pump? I mean does anyone know the rationale behind this?

I have a Mastercraft and they put the Fuel pump in the Tank as well. It's a 45 Gallon tank.

I get such poor mileage that I can't even vote!! I live about 3 miles from work & don't do much other driving, I get around 15 mpg, always have. I say it is b/c my truck doesn't get a chance to reach operating temp before I get to there & the road I take is 55 mph & stop light, over & over again. I get about 250 miles per tank. I make that trip 4 times a day b/c I go home for my lunch hour.

I also have a lead foot
