Minimal lift for winch and general overlanding?

I have been looking extensively through both this thread and the suspension forums and still couldn't find a good answer to my question.

I am looking for a minimal lift option for both the front and rear that would allow for the weight of a topper and camping gear on back and a winch and bumper up front.

I haven't narrowed down to one bumper but I can say that the weight of winch and bumper combined is about 150 on the front.
On the back between my usual camping gear and the topper I'm estimating about 170 pounds.

I currently have a bone stock 1999 V6 Xcab TRD with 160,000 miles on original suspension.

I would like to upgrade my suspension for the additional weight and use on rough forest roads. I prefer walking over wheeling so I won't be into anything extreme.

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks

Why do you want a lift .

Just replace your rear springs with the heavy Duty ones and call it good

My Truck handles the weight of the Smitty Built Tube bumper and Winch fine

I'm unsure of what minimal lift actually means. I got that you want to be able to carry more weight. Are you only wanting weight carrying? Or are you wanting weight carrying with additional lift?

Added weight carrying ability is easy enough if you are looking for some lift along with it. For the front you might look at the various OME coils with their struts.

    Check out this thread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/old-man-emu-setups-on-1st-gen.141055/

If you post in there, you'll get a lot of combined experience with OME options.
