truck is a 2000 2.7 with an auto

About a week ago, the truck had a randomly brief misfire while driving to work. Then friday it started misfiring non-stop after a 25 minute drive home on the highway, limped it home the other 7 minutes on the highway to my house(part throttle, trying to keep it from misfire) While i had my engine check light was flashing(never seen one flash)

    Engine codes:p0110 (bad IAT sesnor)

my scanner also tells me codes that haven't been confirmed, which i received p0302(cylinder 2 misfire) and p0450(Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Malfunction)

    Since then i have replaced:
    Spark plugs: Ngk platinum
Found one coil pack with a crack- replaced it
Found two coil boots either cracked or broken- replaced it
    New Mass air flow sensor
    New pcv valve

    Things I've checked:
used brake cleaner and visual inspection for vacuum leaks(can't find any but i can hear a hissing sound)
check the voltage and continuity on ground and power on mass air flow sensor. (Everything came out good, good continuity and 12 v of constant)

any guidance would be much appreciated

Let me ask when you had a misfire would it idle fine then act like a rev limiter if you tried to rev it up? under load mine wont take the gas good and bucks... what's weird is i cant seem to get a check engine light, ive let it misfire and act up and still no light or codes?

Maybe the bulb for the check engine light is out? It should illuminate when the key is in the 'accessory' position right before you turn the motor over

It does light up when the key is on, then goes off after it starts up like normal.

My first generation did the same thing. Idled ok, but started misfiring under heavy load. Eventually got to where it would misfire even under light load. Turned out that one of my spark plugs wasn't torqued down right, and some fuel mixture leaked past the plug gasket. It carbonized and tracked right up the plug. when it got close enough to the plug tip, it created a short to ground causing the misfire. I replaced the plugs and the plug wires. Never had the problem again.
