missing ignition key

Just bought a used 2010 Tacoma doublecab SB TRD Sport with 12900 miles. I love the truck so far but the dealer only had 1 ignition key. They said that the previous owner didn`t have any other keys. Can anybody give me any info as to what the best/cheapest way of getting an extra ignition key would be? Thanks for the help..

 

Tell, not ask, the dealer to give you two more keys.

Be calm and explain that giving you only one key is a little weak on their part. That you will tell 20 people if they treat you well and you will tell 40 people if they treat you poorly. This works for me in most any case.

It costs them next to nothing to make it.
