    A buddy and I are in the process of designing and building an "Off road" trailor.....He has a Chevy 4x4, and we're trying to make a trailor to match it. Going to use a bed from another truck, lift it, and put 35's on it......Not sure why we are doing this......

    The trailer was working far too well for me to leave it stock. ;)

    I've had a set of Craftsman that I've used for years. They work well enough but, as amusing as people are going to find this, I'd really like to upgrade to some better jackstands. Something taller with a higher load rating are on the list, but I haven't picked anything out. The bigger ones get expensive fast!

    I can't believe I'm going to write this...

    As of last night the truck is finished and ready for this year's Primm 300! The necessary modifications to the torque arm have been made and it installed with zero issues. The rest of the truck has been gone through and is as close to 100% as possible.

    The trailer came home last night and the new load-over fenders are stronger than the trailer deck itself. Tested out the ramps that my brother and I modified and they worked perfectly, and loading/unloading the Tacoma is a piece of cake now.

    The Ford is 100%, both engine- and suspension-wise.

    All that's left is to pack, which I'll do tonight so I'll have tomorrow to remember all the things I forgot.

    My thanks to everyone that's supported me through advice, labor, and/or jokes! :)

    Martie, thanks for putting up with me. ;)

    I can't describe how difficult it's been at times, and to know that it's as ready as I can make it is huge mixed bag of emotions, but primarily a relief. This is the most confident I've felt about the Tacoma since I bought the thing.

    It should be a good race. :)
