I got the extra rubber net too, I used it once about 9 months ago when I installed my mount. hahaha

I do not do any extreme off roading, but Ive jarred the truck pretty good. Some of the Pot holes around here will make you think your bump stop exploded! Phones never moved.

IDK, I like having it. I am sure I will throw it on if I ever make it onto a tough trail. I have the 6S plus in a case and I believe I bought the large one. Its been a while so here is the link to the one I bought.

    yeah that’s the regular one.
hmm interesting because rams site says the large one is compatable with the bigger iphones and the smaller one doesn’t
just don’t wanna order one and have it not fit and have to return

Yea I think my phone would fit even if I had one of those big otter box cases. Either way that's what I ordered and it fits fine, no issue getting it in or out.
Ive done it so many times that I can do it with one hand now.

    piddly stuff
I use the smaller x-mount for my 6s and the large x-mount for the 7” Magellan gps.

I know not a pillar mount but I’m just referring to the x-mounts

Does anyone have the piece that they removed to put the ram mount in gray that they would sell? Assuming you put it in the bottom bolt of the drives side safety handle.
