Mod Idea

So I saw this on a ranger, YES a FORD ranger. But I loved it. He replaced the bottom few inches of his tailgate with chrome (just referring to color, not material) diamond plate. Now this wasn't too good looking so If i figure out a way to do it I would due some sort of black. But in the middle of the diamond plate he had a "rope" or red LED's that functioned as a break light only. It looked pretty good. I was wondering if anyone has done this or if anyone with photoshop would be willing to shop it on my truck.

I thought it looked decent wired into the brake lights, not on with the tail lights. It may look ricey though, which is why I want some photoshopping work!

I was going to once I found a pic of the rope LEDs

 

i've seen lights where you put it on top of the bumper and it sits below the tailgate so its kind of hidden. its a full bar of red leds that acts as a blinker, taillights, and break lights. I think it also turns white when its put in reverse.

 

That sounds pretty intense! I just want to see what these look like on a tacoma
