Getting alignment done now. Tech said I had it adjusted better than most shops! I had it at:
    Camber
    DS .0
    PS .0
    Toe
    DS +.1
    PS -.1
    Caster
    DS 4.4
    PS 4.4
This is with lower cams adjusted for max caster and LR UCA's set at neutral (+2). He's going to adjust cam bolts to try and get:
    Camber 0 (stays the same)
    Toe 0
    Caster
    DS 3.5
    PS 4

Nice job haha. I have firestone lifetime alignments and I’ve already had 4 alignments so it’s paid for itself. I had trouble with the first firestone, so I went to another and they have one guy who is really good. I’ve had perfect alignments since then.

So @MolonLabeTaco and @abqnurse80, how do you guys feel about the fox 2.5s out of the box? I haven’t installed mine but hoping it’s a more plush ride compared to he Billy’s with 885s.

The only Firestone near me is awful. My buddy took his Jeep there twice & their numbers are all off. They can only adjust toe on Jeeps & the toe is about 2" wide in front but their machine says it's -1 degree each tire. You can stand 20' in front of it and see how awful it is. It's all over the road. I'm going to fix it for him.

I really like mine. I can't imagine it riding any better w/out huge money & long arm. I went from stock Off Road package suspension & it would dive/dip way too far. It seems perfect to me! Their CS could use some fine tuning, though.

J/k. I'm in a fortunate financial situation to be able to do it this quickly so don't feel too bad!

Last night I replaced the rear brakelines w/4+ ext. The retainer clips were a PITA until I undid the upper bracket & was able to get a better angle on the upper ends. Bleeding them was super easy w/the OR electronic brake system. Took about 30 seconds!
I need to go flex it out & make sure they're GTG & measure for rear bump stop extensions. From my math, I need just +1".
**Question** By manually, w/your hands or whatever:
On the Fox rear 2.0 resi's does the shock compress completely to the bottom mount?
Or do they bottom out internally before the shock body hits the lower mount?
Ordered SOS rock rails last week. Once I get this front bumper sold I'll be ordering front/rear bumpers & a winch. Trying to bang all this out before a Big Bend trip we have coming up in April.

Honestly, they're stiffer than I thought. Coming from a Baja with toytec spacers and icon aal in the rear, it's stiffer. The longer shocks,2.0 Performance Series Res w/CD Adj 2-3" - 985-26-117 that I got in back were supposed to be for 2-3 inch lift, my wheelers 8 pack helps, but still stiff unless I have about 300lbs in the back. Plus my springs are longer than these shocks. Then they're the front. The 600lb 13 inch springs have to have about 2.5 inches of preload to get to 23 inches hub to fender for me. Putting on 650lb 14 inch springs soon. Only running rci sliders ATM. We shall see, I'd be more upset if I had not got these in a group buy. There good, but I think I'll have to revalve at some point. That's my 2 cents

Did either of you guys do any custom valving or just out of the box? I know accutune will do one for free if you buy from them but I don't know if you guys had anything done.

Just went & tested it a bit but had my daughter doing some driving so I completely forgot to llok @ the bump stops but snapped this pic of how close the shock was to bottoming out on the bottom mount. I had the rubber ring on the shaft pushed tight up to the shock body so I could see how far it'd push it (how much compression).
I guess the shock body will collapse all the way to the bottom mount???

After ~200 miles of having the lift installed (full tank of fuel) the suspension is setting @:
    Front DS - 21.75"
    Front PS - 22.5"
    Rear DS - 24.25"
    Rear PS - 24.75"
    I just discovered I put a + leaf on the PS & a - leaf on the DS.:frusty:
I'll have to switch those to get a more level ride.

Classic!!! I almost did that as well!!! Not blatenly obvious on the springs!!! Should be nice and even afterwords!! About the same measurements as my wheelers 8 pack!!!

I think you said you adjusted the driver side higher. I’m surprised to see the driver being 3/4” lower, even with a full tank of gas. Maybe the rear leaf’s being swapped will have some affect on the front too.

I did the front DS only .175" of exposed threads higher (1.925 vs. 1.75), which is @ the max Fox recommends of 1.925" of exposed threads. I may crank the DS up just a bit more seeing as it has that heavy bumper on it & it's causing the whole front to sag pretty hard. DS is only lifted 2" & PS only 2.5". Drive axles look like they can handle a bit more & the front ride is plush. I need to check the droop @ this height & make sure it's not suffering. It drooped 3.5" prior to lift & I'd like to keep it close to that.
(my lift OCD is showing pretty hard in this post!)

The rear should have a mild impact on the front, I'd imagine ~1/8" but hopefully 1/4".
It may adversely lower the PS front 1/8" as well, Idk.

Don't mean to jack your thread again, I just put the 14 inch 650lb eibachs on my foxes!!! Way less preload, smoother more planted ride!!! Running at 23.5 driver and passenger. Preload before was 2.5 inches Driver 2.25 inches pass, now D 1 P 5/8ths inch! First two pics are old springs!!!!

I’m curious to see what your cvs look like at 3.5” of lift.
