Changed the rear diff and t-case fluid to Mobil 1 75-90. Also, removed the OME center carrier bearing spacers and vibes are gone! I wish I would've tried removing them before installing the 3* shims to see if just that would've got rid of the vibes.

Weird. Vibes are back. Pissing me off, this vibe deal!
Redid the adhesive on the bed lights because the adhesive on the lights I bought sucked.
Got winch rope installed but need to do it properly with ~1K lb. pull.
SOS rock sliders shipped yesterday morning and will be here next week. I'll post pics after mounted.
Ordered some 14" 650lb coils to hopefully get the front end back to 3" lift.
Fabbed a bracket to mount my Blue Sea fuse panel and 100A breaker to wire all my accessories to.
Pretty much all that's left to add is upgrading the stereo, rewiring all the acc. to the fuse panel and swapping springs. For now, that's all. Hahahaha, I know that won't last long!

The ride is perfect now, just too low. The absolute last thing I want is a rigid ride. I'd rather the ride be soggy than harsh. This is just another step in the trial & error trip I'm taking into the IFS suspension world. I've done solid front axle suspensions for 25 years but am new to IFS. It's going to cost me to play but when I get it right I'll be happy. I got a good deal on the springs so if they aren't perfect I won't be upset & will just go 14-700.

I changed the PS fluid, oil, t-case & rear diff @ 82K miles.. Need to do the front diff & tranny then I'll be good for awhile. I went w/synthetic Mobil 1 75-90 for diff(s) & t-case, Mobil 1 syn 5w-30 oil & will be doing Valv. Max Life tranny fluid.
Also checked my secondary air pump & the inside/ filter look damn near brand new but I still want to get the mini K&N looking filter to hopefully prevent it from failing.
I'll get tires rotated today or tomorrow & bring up the issues I've been having w/the Cooper STT's.

Did you have any issues installing your winch?

Sorry for the late reply. I'm not getting notified when posts are made here for some reason.
I had no issues installing the winch itself, just the fairlead opening needed to be opened up a bit.

Went to Discount & the guy there said the Coopers are a crappy tire & all mine complaints were common of that tire.
He's swapping out the Coopers for Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Not as aggressive as the STT's but are a pretty aggressive AT tire. I'll try to post pics of them side by side.

Got the new tires & they are excellent! I'll try to remember to get some pics tomorrow. I've only put about 75 miles on them but so far I'm really liking them.

I'll get some Off Road reviews as soon as my sliders get here. I ordered from SOS on Feb. 15th. They were shipped May 7th and still haven't received them. They use Fastenal to ship, which apparently sucks, and they give you a 'ballpark' ETA of 7-15 days. Looks like mine will be 21+ days. I find that to be complete bullshit this day and age! SOS pretty much said tough shit and they give no guarantee on shipping times. I doubt I'll ever order from them again.

You should roll up to your local Fastenal store and see if you can get a update from someone
who excels in customer service. :notsure:

I emailed SOS's shipping gal. As of the end of last week the sliders were in Indianapolis. From NC to Texas via Indianapolis?!?!?!?

I have about 200 miles on them now & I'm loving them!!! They fell really well planted, quiet, smooth, balanced easily. I'll hopefully see how they do off road soon.

Installed Polk DB6502 components in the front doors today. Sound much cleaner. I'm adding the Polk 2 ways in the rear doors then powering them with a 4 channel amp. I'm doing each separately so I can see how much improvement each gives. IMG_2303.jpg
Got to hit some small trails by the house today. I hit this same trail with the Coopers I just got rid of. I had to put it in 4lo and engage rear locker to get up a specific ledge. This time I did it in 4hi no locker without spinning. I'm really liking these new tires! Here's a mini flex pic.

Did you get the 650lb springs on yet? Curious how they handle the weight and how you’ll like em vs 600lbs for ride quality.

I have not. I've got to finish getting the blue PC off them & then paint them. BTW, Aircraft Remover works great @ removing the PC! I have about 1K sq./ft. of flooring I have to install so the coil springs will be a few weeks I'd imagine.
I finally got my damn sliders in today. I used Prep-All to clean all the oil & debris off them then I'll paint them Friday morning. Here's a pic before I cleaned them.

Awesome to hear. I'd like to hear if anything changes. I am on the fence with the Ridge Grapplers and Falken WildPeaks. The Ridge Grapplers look superior but the weight and the price are my points of concern compared to the Falkens.
