Mondwa, do you need me to go and look at this one too and tell you what I see? And yes mother :D, we got in touch with Prestige. They didn't have anything at the moment, but I know one of the main guys and he said he would look for him.

:pDo I sound that bad?!?!? Careful how you answer that...refer to new sig.

Looking at replacing the leafsprings on my truck. I try to keep my business with local companies whenever possible. The guy that will be helping me with the install recommended them.

Nah, I am just being Devil's advocate over here, and if they do like full leaf packs and stuff I just may be interested...

Mondwa, I will call you this weekend on them, still don't have the issue resolved, just haven't had a second of time to work on it as of late.

    Troublemaker...

Yes, TNT Springs makes leaf packs. I haven't called them yet, still exploring other options. Right now I'm between a 1st gen group buy from Wheelers Offroad (Alcan), direct from Alcan, or go local and see what TNT can do. Shipping is a nightmare so I'm trying to sweet talk one of the drivers here at work to pick them up for free for me. Got to do something soon, I have a very sad, saggy rear end.

Lisa, if you figure out any other options, let me know...Like free shipping from your guy at work?? I doubt this wheelers group buy is ever going to work. Only four of us, and now I gotta wait till the 22nd. I called swains springs in Great Falls, They wanted over $500 dollars to add a leaf(custom one) to my worn out spring pack.

The company I work for ships all over the Western US - hoping that the drivers could throw on the leafs as they pass through CO. Bonus #1 - free shipping. Well it could cost me a 6-pack... bonus #2 - I get to brag that the leafs for my truck had to be delivered on a semi (the guys here harass me about my little truck all the time).

Have you ever talked to TNT? Still haven't gotten around to calling them myself yet.

Lisa, and all, here's the scoop on TNT springs. I just called them in Billings. He said they only sell original replacement spring packs,They sell for $188 each. don't deal in lifts. but he said I could pull out one of the springs from my old pack, cut it and bolt it in to the new one, like an add-a-leaf but smoother riding I guess. They sell for $188 each. Sounds like an option to me. I'll have to think about it for awhile, plus see where the wheelers group buy goes.

Anyone given any more thought to a Montana meet? With the nicer weather I'm dying to get out in the truck. Added 1,200 miles in the last three weeks alone.

I am definitely up for one Lisa. I am in the process of getting a new job too which will be nice so I will hopefully have some more free time and not such a freaky schedule. I am trying to think of some places to go too. I am into offroading, but not so much wheeling... I am kind of afraid of the maintenance costs of wrecking shit you know? So a dirt road to somewhere epic would br great. And if anyone is into hiking, Storm Lake up here by where I live is a great day trip. (Still snowed in yet though, I tried...

Damn snow! Ran into some today too that cut my trip short. 2' Deep snow on the road and only one set of tracks in it. I didn't dare try to go through.

Thinking more of getting everyone together now just to meet and make plans for a trip later on. All of the places I can think of going won't be snow-free until at least June. Nothing too crazy either, I don't care to go airborne in the truck or try to cross a ravine by balancing one wheel on a boulder and another on a fallen tree, etc. Not until I fix a few things up on the truck anyways.

Yeah... I respect my truck too much. That is what I bought 4 wheelers for. We're gonna have to go out and about one of these days. You seem to know a ton of trails. I only know a few around here anyways.

I respect the truck too - spent way too much on it to trash it.
I don't think that there is a road in the Wise River/Big Hole area that I have not been on. Lots of great places behind Georgetown too - around East Fork Res. Still learning the roads over here, that has gotten me into trouble a couple of times. Got to stop finding "roads" on Google Earth...
