Is that glare above the cutoff?
Or light thrown from the led strip?

Spec D headlights (garbage, Do not buy) replaced bulb with H7 80W Osram Off Road bulb so I could actually see. The lights they send do not put off any light at all and it's impossible to see anything at night... TOYO Open County AT III's (smooth ride, not loud) with Matte Black 17-In. TRD PRO Wheels Plasti dipped emblems and Bull Bar (Lasted about 2 years, need to spray them again)
anybody actually have these yet?! I bought some garbage lights off ebay and can't see anything. aimed them, too late to return them, and virtually put off no light at all, so I can't see... I'm not doing the ultimate headlight upgrade, I want projectors and aren't Morimoto's usually a good product?! I was going to upgrade my fog lights at the same time, so I'm not opposed to spending a little money. I just don't want to buy anything without seeing reviews from other people first.

I have these now and the light output is horrible! I can't see anything at night! I've put several other bulbs in trying to make them work. I need feedback on the new Morimoto's. anybody have these installed and would you recommend them?

New OEM headlight housings with the Ultimate Headlight Upgrade. If the Morimotos are a 500% improvement over stock, (you have no idea how hard it was for me to type that), this one's 2,000% better.

copp'd me a pair of these Morimoto XB LED's as well and they're awesome!

    my review:

Although the LED halo around the projectors don't do that sequential signal pattern as some of you folks thought it would, they're bright AF during the day and night LOL.

DO THEY STAY ON REGARDLESS? - yes, unless I do my own modifications to manually turn it off (whenever I feel like turning them off).

ARE THE TURN SIGNALS AT THE BOTTOM? - yes they're separate from the LED HALO.

HOW BRIGHT ARE THE BEAMS FROM THE PROJECTORS? - IMHO, the low-beam projectors are not as bright as I thought they'd be but it does put out a good beam. The high-beam tho, they're bright!!

overall, I like these Morimoto 2.5 Gen headlights. Everyone has they're own take on these whether they hate it or love it. I was thinking on getting the AlphaRex Nova which was just about $50 higher than the Morimoto XB but a lot of 2.5's here on Oahu were running the Alpha-Rex headlights and so I went the other route LOL!

Nice looking truck and those lights look great. Thanks for the feedback on them. I'm pretty sure this is the route I want to go. I had been thinking I wanted to do my own conversion on OE housings but dang the work and these look more modern.

Would you mind posting a pic of the night time beam pattern? Trying to figure out if the beam pattern crispness was a defect earlier in the thread

    Thanks

Beam pattern pic, I just need to move the drivers side over a tad and raise the passenger a hair.

Ok, took a few proper pics today after I finished the DRL wiring and a quick wash. These lights are absolutely insane. The DRL is so crazy bright day or night, I’m thinking I’m gonna get pulled over for it lol. Huge improvement over stock, worth every penny.
