Moto Metal 951's.. Will I need new lugs?

    Yes you will need acorn-style (conical seat) lugs. 12 x 1.5 thread and pitch.

    Your stock lugs are "shank and washer" aka "mag" style and will not work on aftermarket rims.

    since you will need new lugs, i'd recommend you get the spline lugs for those wheels. the opening is pretty tight.
