    Sheeeyit...another epic AZ thread!

My wife and I spent some time pedaling around Tucson last year...honestly surprised at all the epic tread (well maintained) just outside of town. We spent our time noodling about the Fantasy Island area...so damn cool!

And, spent some time hanging out at the Pima Air Museum...so much cool shit in AZ!!

How do yall transport your bikes? I have my mid height RACK rack and RTT on around the clock so I can't do the tailgate thing, and I have zero room in my apt or garage for a hitch rack... And don't want to lift my bikes onto the cab roof...

Was thinking of trying to mimic KB Voodoo's bike mount options to my RCI rack? Anyone use these mounts?

I usually take my hitch mount on and off but have been trying to think of other solutions as well. I leave my rtt full time too so that's a pain. What is the kb voodoo thing? I took at look at the website and it's all on top of bed bars

Would this work? It looks like it mounts to the bed rails and the bike is outside?

edit: looks like I should have read the rest of the thread. It's discontinued and @AFMurse2014 posted in it.

Hmm I didn't know anyone already made something like that. I was thinking of doing something to my own bed rack. I've been thinking of talking to Brandon to make a complete custom one that has and outboard system like that plus some other things I'm wanting to do

Got. 3 day weekend coming up this month...

Looking to possibly set up the RTT somewhere
and doing a bunch of riding. Anyone have any ideas of some decent area that are suitable for this? Anyone interested in joining up for a ride?

Anybody here ride the west valley, specifically FINS? Pretty amazing trail system, includes some wood portions like Whistler. I've been building/riding out here since we first start building it in 04. .

That's the parking spot I usually go to. Fun little spot. It has come a long ways over the past few years.

Where were these trails when I was riding 10 years ago! That looks awesome!
South Mountain has some great trails too. Mormon/National loop was always a favorite Friday afternoon favorite then to the bar!
Watching that video makes me want to get another bike!

There is a fully built parking area and staging station now just down Westar. Easy directions:

    Take I-10 to Estrella Parkway
Estrella Parkway South to Westar (About 8 miles, up in the Estrella Mountain Ranch Community)
Take Westar west (Right) about 1.5 miles and you'll see the parking sign on your left.

There is a map at the trail entrance of just FINS, but that is JUST FINS. We've created a TON of other trails in the area. I'll post up the maps when I find them.
