Ok, so I am surfing the web for a "Move Over ->" sticker that I saw on a guy's truck here at work... People in MD forget about the slow traffic keep right rule when driving... and I have been thinking about getting one.
And I found what looks to be a decent place to buy from here: http://www.decaldriveway.com/ProductChoices.asp?ProductNum=fun004

So here is my question - what do you think about the people with these stickers?

I was wondering what it might look like on my truck and Viola! I found the following image:

None of you guys live in MD apparently. Anyone ever have a 2-4 hour commute to go 30-40 miles? (Besides the CA folks).

I drive 40+ miles to work everyday and an forced to use a divided highway (2 lanes each way) and I get stuck behind people crowded up - side by side - doing 5 under the speed limit DAILY... and they drive for miles and miles like that!!!

I have been to nearly all 48 states (and going to Hawaii in November), and 32 countries around the world. I can honestly say that Maryland drivers are by far the worst in the country.

I see a coupla hits from TX, CO, etc... where the speed limit is often higher than in MD.

    Rant off....

Thanks for the feed back... I guess I am just letting my traffic frustrations get to me today (more than usual). I'd rather a non-tool... and forgo the sticker idea. :)

I think the sticker is funny. Especially if you live in California where there are TONS of people in the fast or carpool lane doing 10 - 20mph under the speed limit. However I put a set of super bright 12 LED lights under my rear bumper for such an occasion. I call them my eff off lights.

The DC area has a pretty decent traffic system (albeit always congested) that handles a VERY large volume of traffic. For accidents, I'd agree (based on statistics presented) that SC is probably worse.... What was the date on that article? None listed...

I am talking specifically about people driving side by side... same speed for miles...

That's the second greatest sticker I've ever seen on a truck. People do that in Calgary where I grew up. It's not as bad out here in Vancouver though.

PS: I The best sticker I've seen said in huge bold letters on the back window "My Other Ride Is Your Girlfriend"!

im telling yall...you think that the mens health survey is bs and yall have the worst...i cannot drive my 25 miles home without seeing at least 2 collisions

its a rare day that i dont see at least 1

people here dont know how to handle ice, rain, wind, snow, other drivers

just today i saw a driver on a cell almost put the nose of his car underneath an 18wheeler

    twice

i get tailgated for miles despite blue lights being turned on

i can go on and on

we have low property tax rates and even lower insurance rates and no inspections for vehicle equip safety

how would you drive if you and everyone else around you drove a pos demolition derby style caprice classic?

You make some good points... I too see the same thing on he way home from DC.

That said, I think it's safe to say that people suck at driving everywhere... we can meet in the middle with that and have a great weekend... eh?

I know exactly what you're talking about with the MD traffic!!! It's just as bad on the Eastern Shore as it is on the Western Shore I think. It's so annoying to be stuck behind 2 cars side by side doing 53mph. Move over already so I can' get to where I want to go :D and then you can go put-put all you want.

But as far as the sticker goes, if I see someone with that on my back bumper I'm going to laugh at you.....and probably slow down a couple of mph too.

I know what you mean by people driving side by side. I think all the dump trucks on 301 can be more difficult. I still think Arizona is worse than here, with all the snow birds in the winter. Dont have any answers just more rants.
