Thank you! I'm not sure when I'll install, but it'll drive me nuts for it not to be aligned immediately.

If you are asking about housing, it varies depending on what area you live in. I live in Wasilla in a nicer neighborhood and we are at $169/sqft here. Anchorage is higher for the same relative neighborhood.

    Thank you

Any ideas on Anchorage ? I love AK, and if I could land a job I would move tomorrow. I keep hearing now pricey it is.

Where I am now it’s about 957$ a sq feet

Anchorage is a nice city, lately crime has been higher than normal, but a bunch of new police officers were hired and should be finishing their training soon.

Land is expensive in town, I'm looking at buying a house in a year or two and a 4 bed 2-3 bath house on .25 acre or more will typically run 360-400k.

    Appreciate the info

    I am checking Zillow
    For best school district locations

Seems like Redfin doesn’t work up there

    Here 1800 (3+2)sq feet is about $1.8M

At almost $1k per square foot, you can afford housing here....it's relatively cheap compared to that.

    4 car garage
At least 20,000 sq feet lot

And far away from all Chinese and Koreans

You'll want to look in South Anchorage. Higher per square foot prices for homes tell you alot about the area. Staying away from Asian culture is gonna be tough, lots of Asians here of all sorts. They are good people though.

Do you still feel safer in South Anchorage? Seems like the crime is city-wide now.

    I live off Muldoon man.

I think it's highly area related but not like any crime doesn't happen south of Tudor, just my opinion and thoughts. Look up the crime map of Anchorage, it's eye-opening.
