    Where is the grow house?

Commute in/out of Boulder is not good, if you can work 6am-3pm your commute from outside Boulder can be liveable. 8-5 will drive you crazy.

Ha! Not sure yet. Hopefully flying out next month to check things out. I am an early bird and loath commutes. In the past I have jogged or biked to work. I currently live on the edge of a town of similar size, population wise, though our metro area is half of Boulder's metro area. This and I'm about 4,800 feet lower in altitude.

Most of the grows are near the edge of town as it gets cheaper so you'll likely not drive all the way into town.

Longmont, north east 10 miles is popular and 3 bdr with 2 car garage can be 400K.

I have a 10 minute walk to work, I don't like commuting either.

PS, how do you get grow experience in Georgia?

Don't forget west into mountains if your not city people. Nederland and Lyons or 2 that come to mind, no clue on house prices though.

Where was the flooding a few years back? I'm a-okay commuting into town, as I'm from a rural area. I'm afraid living within the city limits of Boulder would be too much culture shock for me. I'm also looking for good schools, be it public or Montessori. Lastly: race tracks. Asphalt or dirt, doesn't matter. I took a look at Zillow and holy hell!

If you need financing, send me a PM and I can help you out. Also, www.coloproperty.com is a great resource for finding real estate in Northern Colorado. It's a tough market right now but if you have the right help, you can find what you want.
