I never seem to get much more than 270 per tank. Tires inflated, tires low, 93 octane or 87, just after an oil change, or 5k after...hauling ass and gear, or not.

Then again, I just threw a CEL and it looks like a o2 sensor.

The best I did in my 2.4 xtracab was 25 right after I got it. Now it's lifted a little bit with 235/75/15 tires and I get 22-23 cruising interstate at about 75. I still have the original window sticker and it says 22 city/27 highway

Not extended cab or 4WD, but my base 2.4 with auto tranny gets 29 to 32 on the highway when I drive conservatively. No hard braking and rapid acceleration.

03 DC 4x4 3.4l, i was getting around 19 before i changed the plugs to dual electrodes. Now im getting 17. But its hot as hell here and i have been running the AC. Last two fill ups im only getting 260 miles per tank, before when i had single electrode plugs i could get almost 300 miles easy.

I have a 2000 xtra cab supercharged v6 with 210k miles. I am lifted, tube bumpers front and rear, and 33x10.5 mud terrains. My truck is obviously not setup to get max mpg, but I still manage to get 17-18 mpg most tanks with mostly city driving. I have hit just over 20 a couple times though.

If you want high mpg's, just get a prius and lift it. Seems logical to me.:notsure:

I bought a new Tacoma V6 4wd back in 99. The best it ever got was 19 on the highway. I have a 2000 model now, same set up as the 99. The best it will get on the highway is 17, and about 16 in the city. I think my all terrain tires are hurting my mileage a little.
