    Hey all!

I have a old 2003 Giant VT 2 frame that I am looking to rebuild.

I have been currently riding a hard tail single speed which is awesome to say the least. Real men need one gear.

Anyways, bored and wanting a project, I have this great frame that I am going to service and repaint etc...

The Manitou 4 way Swinger is shot. I want to replace it with a coil over.

    Here is my question.

The shock is 7.5 eye to eye. I am having a dickins of a time finding a replacement coil over.

Perhaps some of you can help with some suggestions.

I am 183 lbs and I ride a large frame. XC ride but sometimes there are trails that...

Also, as I was looking at the frame. when you extend the swing arm all the way out. the length could be about 8 in. and then if you figure SAG the shock may compress to compensate for the extra 1/2 in. of height.

    Ride on.
