Where are you at? How much to ship it to Memphis. Can you possibly go down to $75?

No but my good friend does. The only thing I am concerned about is giving it too much power. Can you regulate the output on this amp?

yes, it has both variable gain and "eq" which is the bass boost. with proper tuning of this amp, you can easily run it off of it.

Hey so I talked to my local stereo guy about your amp and he says that 500 watts will blow my sub up. He said I need around a 250-300 watt amp, any more than that and it is likely to blow it up on the low, deep hits. If the output is able to be turned down to around 250 or 300 then I am still interested.

the amp can definetely be turned down that low, i was running a sub off of it for a while that has 300 watts rms, and had the gain up a little more than half way.
