3" OME lift with 885 coils on nitrocharger 90000 shocks with 5mm trim packer on driver's side, TC UCAs, Rear OME Dakar leafs with nitrocharger shocks, All-pro U-bolt flip kit and 3* Toytec shims, extended rear brakelines, 16" Raceline Rockcrusher 887 wheels with 3.6" backspacking, BFG KM2 305/70/16 tires, Doug Thorley header, Doug Thorley catback exhaust, Volant CAI with ram air, Weathertech floor mats, Kicker 12" sub, Kenwood 500W RMS amp, Relentless Fab front and rear bumpers, 4.88 gears, custom flatbed with swing out tire carrier

I think the confusion here occurred due to sarcasim from the top quote - since the truck "thinks" it is a prerunner, it may get better MPGs because it doesnt think it is hauling all the heavy weight of the 4x4 components up front. Or I could be terribly mistaken by what is being said here... or maybe im correct and this is plainly obvious.... idk its way too late for my brain to be working.

I shortened the fronts by 4" and the rears by 1" before I lifted it 3" to keep them from scraping and now wish I hadn't.

Removed fronts due to bigger tires then re-installed them due to bigger rocks being thrown up the sides. Had strips of 3M paint film installed under all four to (hopefully) prevent paint gouging. No trimming of length, but carving up the fronts' insides to cut down on rubbing is on the to-do list.

Left them all on, it keeps the visibility for anyone behind you in the rain much better. Wife actually noticed this first when we took 2 cars on a trip in crazy rain. Safety thing, throw less mess into the air stream than most other cars I've observed.

Also helps with throwing rocks too, my tires trap rocks as often as possible it seems.

I drive a lot of gravel and these stock tires are real chuckers. Fronts are a must for me.

Just ripped another front off while backing up out of a muddy field.
Dammit, off to eBay for some more overpriced mudflaps.

    So installed Huskys.

They are about 3" shorter than stock. Guess I will find out this winter if they are too short...
