Went out to Hungry Valley SVRA in the pouring rain and had a blast. Fiance brought her Jeep TJ and friend brought his '09 F150 Platinum edition truck.

Jeep got stuck first, trying to wade through a big mud hole in the truck practice area.

    and the jeep was free.

Then we were blasting up a sand wash and on our way out, the F150 slipped into a really slick rut. It's a 4x4, but like all 3 vehicles that day, had an LSD. Winched him out, had to pull it the entire way. The tacoma moved about a foot forward over the course of winching him ninety feet or so.

If that big mud hole was in "The Truck Practice Area" I'd love to see the rest of the course.

jeep was the only one to go into the big mudhole.

Jeep was at one point up to it's mirrors in water. Sucked in water in the intake - not enough to cause damage but enough to be burning steam and running weird for a while.

What is the big deal with these "tacoma saved ____ " (fill in the blank) threads? SHould I have a superiority complex for my choice of truck because someone used it to rescue other trucks?
