I have a 401k with Fidelity. In that 401k I have 5 different funds. If I wanted to exchange money from one fund to another in that same 401k, would I have to pay any kind of tax? Any tax gurus on here?

If you are not withdrawing any you should be fine, there maybe a restriction placed on you to not be able to buy back into that particular fund for a certain time frame

I am no tax expert though :)

As long as the money stays within the 401k there are no taxes. You can trade up investments within it.

Like said above, no tax if you're not pulling.

I think Fidelity has a pretty good online chat feature that can get someone to answer your questions.
