Thanks man! Your corner leaks are one of two things:
1-there's a gap on the rails of your truck bed in each of those corners. If you haven't filled those, it WILL leak there every time it rains.
2-this one's harder to explain. But if you have a leak toward the rear, and your truck has a forward tilt as is factory, the water will run along the rails and drip in the front corners near the cab, making it appear that you have a leak in the front corners of the bed.

I can facetime you and walk you through it if you need. Leak issues drove me nuts till I figured them out. Hope you get em fixed!

I may take you up on that offer when it starts to warm up a bit, thanks! Did you need to take the shell off to seal it? Most threads I've seen involve removing the shell and putting down new seals on the rails. I'll have to do some more testing with a hose but last time it rained there were some decent puddles.

    No problem.

If your entire seal turns out to be bad, then yes you’ll need to take it off to replace the seal. But if all you need to do is shore up those corner gaps like I'm suggesting, you can get away with taking the clamps off the shell, tilting up the front, and putting a couple pieces of 2x4 between the shell and the sides to hold it up a little bit. I watched a video of a guy who actually used that concept to replace his entire seal, but I'd imagine it would be extremely difficult. Easier to get a buddy to help you take it off at that point.

Beautiful Truck very well maintained. I have an 2004 Xtra cab 4x4 in emerald green with 85K on the odometer. I won't post pictures as I have none & it is dirty from all the pollen here in Florida & dirt from my limerock road. Congratulations for getting it & upgrading back to as close to factory new as possible.

Lol-me too man. I had some of this left over and cutoff/used one of the tubular sections. Worked perfect.

Brand new bars on the top! Those things needed to be replaced a while ago. Also got a wind fairing. Apparently helps with gas mileage and noise.

Installed a wheelskin steering wheel cover I got for Christmas today! Lacing it up was more of an expert level project than I expected. Not sure I'd do it again, but sure am happy how it turned out.
