I mounted the camera with the suction cup thingy to the passenger side rear window which isn’t up all the way because 3 out of 4 window motors have those worn out plastic gears. I didn’t use the gimbal this time. The camera has electronic image stabilization. Also doors and windows are rattling and squeaking. Basically I just have to tighten everything up. It’s annoying me too!

I guess the guys at WeldingWeb will have to come to this thread to see any video of the Daddywagon. I seem to have lost access to my thread on there Haha!

I’m old. The exhaust noise is getting to me. I am thinking quiet exhaust with electric cutouts. Last night I fixed the driver’s window. Today or later this weekend I will attempt to repair the window that the video camera was mounted to. Those were the 2 windows that needed the most attention. You could hear the motors spinning but the windows were not moving.

    Good ideal on the exhaust.

And I'm right there with you. I got rid of my TRD exhaust because I grew weary of the highway drone and how loud it was under 1/2 throttle

I still have some things to get for my quiet exhaust set up but I’m gonna work on it. The cutouts are pricey so that could take some time.

I fixed the 2 windows that were open. Driver’s side front, obviously the most important, now functions properly. This is huge for the drive thru at fourbucks! Oddly since I fixed the d/s front, the p/s front stopped working. I also repaired the p/s rear. Two down; two to go.

Learn me youtube! Can I download direct to youtube? I hooked camera up to chromebook and I watched the video, I just don’t know how to get it to youtube. The first vid I just downloaded preview version to my phone then put into youtube. This time I would like to learn about uploading 1080.

On my commute home today I tried to keep up with a Hellcat Challenger. Wish I had my camera hooked up, even though traffic was moderately heavy and there was no real room to play I got to open it up a little bit.

I have been messing with online speed calculators, and I think I’ve got 3.73:1 final gear ratio. I will manually spin the driveshaft later this weekend.

I love this car. Ford should build something like it. It rattles. The hatch squeaks over bumps. If this car keeps running, and I am financially and physically able, I am gonna tweak the s*^% out of it. Expect to see cobra r/brembo front brakes. Expect to see a 6 speed manual transmission. Expect to see a new bluetooth satellite radio and accompanying speakers. Expect to see FTBR pinion angle setting stuff. Expect to see Torsen T2 differential geared at the next tallest gear ratio to what is in the car now. Expect to see functioning air conditioning. Expect to see a long rod 351w short block build. Expect to see the completion of power window repairs where all windows in the car work. There’s more. I will list it as it comes to me. I drive it just to drive it. Right now every errand is an excuse to drive it.

I gotta say, those chrome plated plastic trim rings completely changed the look of the car. It almost looks good! Haha!

Do the driver and passenger windows have those little forward windows that flip open? I miss my old f150 that had those.

Yes. I like them but I am afraid if I use them they will wear out and break.
