    What's the purpose behind the muffler delete besides increase sound with no HP gains along with pissed off neighbors?

    Muffler deletes actually decreases some performance but it’s a cheap way to increase sound and will give you an insane amount of room underneath your truck.

    Was the muffler delete doable on your own or did you have to have help removing it?

    l did it on my own. You just unbolt the muffler underneath the front passenger seat area and take off the rubber hangers holding it in. I left it like that for a while, eventually, I cut up the muffler so it shoots out the side of the truck instead of the underneeth.
