    '05 Double Cab SR5 longbed black
    trying to decide what to do
    I just got an '05 black Double cab longbed SR5 Tacoma. It is currently stock and I am looking to do a few mods.

    I would like to lift it, but not too much. I don't do any major off-roading, but definitely enjoy getting off the main roads. Any suggestions on lifts?

    I need to get tires. I am thinking about BFgoodrich All-Terrain TA 265/70/16 or 265/75/16. I am also considering General grabber AT2s.

    I am also looking for a cap. I am considering a soft top. Any thoughts?

    I also want to get a Yakima rack.

    I think I want to swap out the black front bumper for a chrome one.

    Maybe eventually add some running boards and lights.

    Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.

    I have never seen a chrome Front bumper, not sure how well that would look but might look good on black truck.

    Soft tops are less expensive but hard tops are more secure.(knife proof/lockable)
