    Got my truck 2 weeks ago and Love my Toyota Tacoma. Downsized from a 2016 Silverado and 2016 Jeep Wrangler and couldn't be happier. I do have a question. When I stop and put the transmission in Park, when I let off the brake, the gear stick "clicks" and moves just a bit, like it's clicking in place. My driveway is flat, not a hill. Is this normal? I've learned a lot already from reading the forum. Happy to be a member!

    Does it help if you engage the parking brake? I’m in the habit of always using it. Sometimes if I get out of sync it will do what your describing.

    I usually apply my parking brake but next time I will make sure I do and notice if it does it. Thanks for the tip!

    Welcome :wave: and MGM is a great color :thumbsup:. it might be that the shifter isn't fully seated when you put it "P" and when you let off the break and seats. Have you checked for that?
