Stock with a camper shell for now.
I previously owned a 2009 Tacoma DCLB sr5 and did some modifications to it but very minimal, sold that truck with 230k miles on it and bought my now truck from a buddy about four months ago. Bone stock beside a camper shell.

    2019 DCLB TRD OR
    75k miles
    Paid $23,500 for it

Since buying it I haven’t done to much beside add some seat gaps, glove box organizer, and the oversized cup holder, replaced spark plugs, and some other maintenance, but this weekend I bought a used BAMF bumper with dual swing outs, it’s a super nice bumper never planned on going with a high clearance bumper but the deal was to good. Only issue was it was cut for 35” tires. I don’t plan on going up to 35” tires ever and the gab between the bumper and flare edge is greater than i expected. Any suggestions?

Will post with more updates as I build the truck as well as what my ultimate goal and plan is.

Find someone who knows how to weld and add the ~2" back to the bumper, should be a fairly simply project.

That’s what I thought or to build an add on piece that I can bolt on and would make the bumper accommodate any size tire, or to just chop the corner of the fender and flare. For now I left it and reached out to Jerry over at BAMF.

Cut the stock exhaust after the bumper install, to dump out right after the axle.

I still really like that color. I had a 2020 model and traded it for the boring gray metallic I have now.

Still has a ways to go but thank you! Next couple years will be suspension, wheels and tires.

No one would help me not even Jerry at BAMF with the two inch difference on the HC bumper so I am just going to cut the fender and flare at a 45 degree angle on both sides to slip it in and make it look more uniform.
