For some reason i just realized today that my roof is rattling enough to where it makes a sound when i have hard bass. At first i thought it was just the subs making the sound. Anybody ever dynamated their roof? and if so how much was it?

Yeah I did some of the roof in my double cab. It shouldn't take that much up there for you.

Slap a layer of Raammat on there and a layer of self adhesive ensolite on top of that. It will be quite as a mouse then.

The major noise issue at that height is wind noise Ensolite does a pretty good job of reducing higher frequency noises, like wind, etc.

This helped a great deal with mine. No longer sounds like a tin roof when it rains.

Lowered 3/4, debadged, led tails, projector headlights with hids, billet grill, blacked out windows, painted front and rear bumper and grill shell. Inside, 4 crappy 15's, suede wrapped headliner and door panel inserts, alpine double din, few painted pieces inside, and every led is either blue or white.
i did it to mine and stopped all the rattling using great stuff and peel-n-seal. check out my build thread
