    Thanks!

I've got pictures somewhere, maybe I didnt post them in here. But I made two mounts out of some straight metal stock, bent it so the middle section was a few inches high and welded a bolt sticking up that could go through the hi lift. And just have wing nuts securing it.

If i took out the front passenger seat... I'd surely have a nice flat area for a comfy sleeping area when i didn't want to sleep outside due to weather...

    Hmmm

That's originally what I was going to do. But then I needed to give people rides and stuff. But you don't have any baggage in the form of humans. So I say pull it

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. But if i do, then I'll probably end up with a storage unit since a full set of seats would be expensive to replace.

But, i could have the smallest one available. And I'd save a bit of weight, unfortunately on the wrong side. Taco lean ftmfw

Found ones as low as $240/yr. Not bad

Thanks, don't have much stuff but don't want to burden anyone with having random shit in their garage that they'll need to work around or move.

I didn't say I'd keep it. But for reals. If it's not that much I can hold it.

How you gonna hold it at work? Your arms will have to get tires from constantly holding it.

    Camp stove swingout!

    18" Partner Steel stove
    RV TV swing mount
Mounted to Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners

    Goals were to:
    Keep gas connected
    Easy to fire it up
Not need a table, but not take up half the tailgate

To finish it, I'll probably build a hard line that'll go to where it connects to the swingout. Then soft line back towards the tank. Need to install the tank, and the water heater to see where it'll all go.

Was hoping by early July... but could be sooner. :bananadance:

Lots to wrap up on the truck! I'll have a good shakedown run over Memorial Day. Still thinking I may ditch the front passenger seat for a sleeping platform from front to back. Nice easy place for when its crappy weather instead of crawling in the back.

I have contemplated doing the same thing but I'd like my truck to be a bit more organized and the stupid little oil leaks fixed. Hoping for an AK trip next summer.

I just had my seats out yesterday to install some seat covers, reinstalled the driver seat, hopped in the back because the one bolt was being a PITA when I was done I sat up from the back seat and thought to myself, without the passenger seat there is lots of room for activities haha.

Yeah, I took out just the rear seat bottom last night when I was running the HAM cable and left it out. So much room with just that one missing. Fairly certain that losing the front seat is a winning plan, just not sure how soon I want to do it.
