    I had this problem a while ago, but it is fixed now. There is a option on the ipod under the settings menu called sound check. Make sure that the sound check is turned off. You can also adjust the eq depending on what time of music you listen to. I have mine set on electronic because it is the best over all for all types of music. I have the stock head unit with the metra adapter in the back, and it can crank! :cool:
