    Reviving this thread, hows it looking now? Also, you mentioned on a post that you would try to get the dimensions of your setup for me, any luck there? I am starting my build soon, and am still contemplating building my own or buying a box. Thanks

    The interior volume is about 1.8-1.9 cuft I have a bit over 2 lbs of poly fill in it so that should add about 35% to it so between 2.3-2.4 estimated with the effects of the polyfill....     Glad to see you are whole...damn man that must of been a very traumatic event :eek:

    Thanks for posting about your enclosure you've inspired me and I'll be doing something very similar, along with ported 8" subs in the compartment under the back seat.

    If I would have had something smaller then my 1big ass dvc 10s they would have gone under the seers

    Good example of a ported box for these tacoma's. I don't believe you would have required fibreglass if you used 1/2 inch birch ply in case anyone ells is interested
