I entered my truck into a car show full of classic cars including chevelles, mustangs, camaro's, bel-airs, impala's and lots of corvettes and i was awarded the top 25 award at the car show!! There was 136 cars there, and some how my tacoma made into the top 25. I didnt think i would get an award, but i thought my brother was going to get one because he has a much more modded out tacoma but he didnt sadly. But when i was sitting there when they were handing out i awards my heart was beating so fast and when i heard, "06 Toyota Tacoma Number 48" my heart nearly jumped out of my mouth!!! Here are some pics and there are more coming of pics at the car show, but i just wanted to tell everyone that tacoma's can hold their own around old classic cars!!

Congrats....feels good huh. I used to show my '98 taco all the time...and yeah toyota can hold their own in a crowd of old timers..... What I always thought was funny was how I was always in the 4x4 category and I would go talk to all other truck guys and ask them how they kept their paint so nice having such a big truck and wheeling it....they would just tell me how their truck was a show truck and that didn't go offroad at all... then I would laugh and walk away and then end up with the trophy and they would get pissed cause their truck was prettier.... But the judges like the fact that I showed and used mine.... Most of my mods were functional, theirs just looked pretty....and the same bolt on junk that 10 other trucks in the parking lot had on them... Again Good Job!!!
