I'm so sorry that that had to happen to you, are you OK? What are you going to do, take the truck in for a recall? I have an 06 D/C SR5 TRD, should I take mine in? Did your floor mat get stuck? Oh God, I have to drive to work tomorrow, but I'm worried about it. Should I take my bicycle?

I honestly don't get why people are getting upset. It's just to loosen things up regarding all the posts about Toyota quality, recalls and Kelly Blue Book values.

    RELAX people, RELAX. SMILE :D

WOW DUDE!! Glad to hear your OK!! That must have scared the shit out of you. Man...That happened to me one time. Not in the taco though. I was in my Maxima. I got onto the freeway, and when I let of the throttle, it began to accelerate WOT!! I about shit. I reached for the key to turn it off, and my Girlfriend told me Hey baby, I hear the blues a-callin', Tossed salad and scrambled eggs,Oh My Mercy, And maybe I seem a bit confused, Yeah maybe, but I got you pegged! Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha! But I don't know what to do with those tossed salads and scrambled eggs. They're callin' again.

What a slap in the face. To think you're even a tacoma owner. How can you mock toyota's legendary quality and name...

I'm totally with you on this one. Products break, there are design flaws, etc etc. It just so happens that this occurs with less frequency in toyotas, which makes the company look worse.

BUT... to be safe, you should probably knock on wood.
