My truck got rear ended... is it totaled?

    That is something you have to discuss with the insurance company. If they include those items in the buy out you can’t have them back, the insurance co is buying them.

    If you really want those items ask to remove them before they quote you for a buy back price.

    Everything you remove from the vehicle has the potential to lower your buy out amount.

    Totalled... Now that we have that behind us, I am going to send you a parts list to salvage off of it and mail to me. Tell the insurance company that they just vanished! LOL!

    If I had to bet on it I'd say it's totaled, but sometimes it's a crap shoot. I've seen worse ones with clean titles. I'd be looking to buy it back if I were you though. It's not that hard to pull a frame. Worse case scenario, part it out and you'd get your money back.
