My truck wouldn't start

I got into my truck today and was about ready to turn it on when the sense of "something isn't right" popped in my head...Well turns out something wasnt right, i turned the key, nothing....pressed the brake harder, nothing, put it in neutral, nothing.

Well frick. Praise the Lord i have a manual and i live/parked on a hill, and had a buddy there with me. I said my prayers popped the ebrake, and started my decent down the hill, took me 5 times in order to get it to start up. And it started up REAAAAAL slow. It coughed about 5 or 6 times before it turned over and was drivable.

Drove it 8 miles to the dealer praying i wuldnt stall the whole time haha.
I got there and i told them what happend and the service guy was like "turn it off and come inside" i laughed.

I have the extended warranty, so i hope it will be covered. Kinda sounds like the starer crapped out but it could be a number of things.

While i was there i asked about the leaf spring TBS and so i think im getting that done as well.

 

Get that thing fixed and go dive...HAHAHA

 

Hope it's a simple and covered fix. Good excuse to get the TSB, too.

Thats to bad, we went yesterday lost my shaft and like 150ft of line from my reel...not a good week

 

dant dude that sucks!! how did you do that? i just bought a new shaft...$80 bucks later
