My URD experience

    I ordered URD headers and a ypipe. The headers shipped and I was told the ypipe would ship separately. The ypipe took a bit longer to ship then expected.(not URD's fault). After all the parts I started taking the truck apart to install the new parts. That is when I noticed that URD mistakenly shipped two right sided headers. I didn't know what to do because now my truck is taken apart and not drivable. I emailed URD around 5:30pm on Saturday the 19th explaining this emergency situation. I was beyond mad at this point. I was not ignorant in the email because I didn't know who messed up in the shipping department. Around 9:30pm Saturday night I got a call from URD and I explained the situation.

    This is the kicker. Gadget took time from his family Easter morning and drove 1 1/2 hours north to me on his personal vehicle and brought me the correct header to finish my install. I am extremely greatful that there are still company's out there that are more about the customer service then making the dollar bill. I would like to take the time to thank Gadget for going above and beyond on a Easter Sunday morning to help me fix the problem.

    What a great company!!
