    lots of research for materials, outlined letters in an .ai file.
    found someone with a cnc cutter... VIOLA!
    then you have to slightly bend the letter to fit the contour of your grill. I did it mostly by hand or you can vice grips and a towel to protect the finish.

    used double tape and PL glue to attach..
