i have been getting a thumping sound sound when braking with the clutch pressed in. this drove me crazy for a month now. if anyone else is haveing the same thing check wheel well liners in the rear. to start my rotors are warped so when i brake the whole truck shake but shakes worse if the clutch is in or if im in neutral. the liners where hitting against the wheel humps, a few self tapping screws and no more thump. it sounds worse because the whole truck would shake bad, so i thought it was major. glad this is all it was.
